This elegant tutu is perfect for portraits or for a wedding. Blue is my favorite color, and this is a beautiful shimmering powder blue. The top layer is filled with blue flower petals and sequins, and the bottom layer is filled with white flower petals and pearls. The waist is adorned with two blue toile bows. Small fits 2-4 yrs and medium fits 4 and up. Bows can be replaced with a blue carnation at the waist upon request (as seen in last picture) Accessories not included.
